Inspiracoes Forum presented the theme Summer 2014

Last Tuesday, Abit – Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association – received the Forum de Inspiracoes Verao 2014, promoted by Assintecal. Walter Rodrigues, Designer and Consultant of the design center of Assintecal, opened the event with a lecture on the theme “Inspirations”. The event is an information and training tool for companies regarding trends that will guide the development of products in S/S 2014 collection anticipation, focusing on cultural, historical and aesthetic Brazilian influences.

In addition to the lecture, about 70 participants received a copy of the publication, Verao 2014, which summarizes and synthesizes the information from the season. A showroom was also part of the event schedule and it presented the work of 10 new suppliers of components to visitors.The Forum, created by Assintecal in partnership with the Instituto by Brasil, happens for more than ten years, involving different themes. In this Edition, the event was dedicated to the textile and apparel sector, promoting the design and product training for enterprises of these segments. The action is the result of a partnership between the entities and Texbrasil (Brazilian Fashion Industry Export Program) developed by Abit in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).
