Journalists from Glamour UK and Elle Hong Kong arrive in Brazil

Texbrasil (Brazilian Fashion Industry Internationalization Program), executed by Abit and Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) is bringing three journalists from the world’s top fashion media outlets to Brazil to learn about Brazilian fashion in detail. They are: Ophelia Wu, a correspondent in London for Elle Hong Kong; Holly White, fashion assistant for Glamour UK; and Akiko Ichikawa, a correspondent in New York for the Senken Newspaper and a contributor to Vogue Japan.

They will be taking an up-close look at the latest from the Texbrasil brands showing at SPFW: PatBo, Colcci, GIG Couture, Teca by Helo Rocha, Apartamento 03, Gloria Coelho and Adriana Degreas. In addition to the fashion shows, the three journalists will also see the products by Adriana Degreas, the Nohda group (Patricia Bonaldi, PatBo, Apartamento 03 and Lucas Magalhaes), Blue Man, Andrea Marques, Cantao, GIG and Patricia Motta.

A second group of international journalists should come to Brazil in late May to work on fashion editorials and exclusive reporting.
