05/24/2013

In May, British magazine How to Spend It, part of Financial Times, published an editorial honoring the Brazilian fashion market. The article praised the fact that various Brazilian labels have carved out their own space within the international mark, which, according to the publication, shows the industry has grown and is today part of the competitive international circuit.

The editorial was supported by Texbrasil (Brazilian Fashion Industry Export Program), developed by Abit in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).

The photo shooting was done at Fasano hotel, in Rio de Janeiro. It was produced by the British stylish Damian Foxe, with photography by the Brazil Eduardo Rezende Costa. Among the Brazilian brands featured are Cynthia Hayashi, Gabriela Sakate, Gig, Patrícia Bonaldi, Pedro Lourenço, H. Stern and Silvia Furmanovich. International brands include Alexander Lewis, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Bottega Veneta, Chanel, Emilio Pucci and Lavin.
