Inspiramais opens space for the textile industry

09/09/2016

There is something new at the S/S 2018 edition of Inspiramais. As of now, the showroom will have a dedicated space for textile exhibitors, in addition to expanding the “+ Print” project, with more than 15 printing studies at the event, while also adding the chance for textile manufacturers and component producers to take part in the initiative, which is being held January 16 and 17, 2017, at the Pro Magno Events Center, in Sao Paulo.

This change is happening through a partnership between Abit, Assintecal and CICB (Center of Leather Tanning Industries of Brazil). The goal is for the organizations to work together to develop projects to benefit and strengthen every link of the fashion industry, therefore joining the expertise of two different sectors – the components and textile sectors.

“Inspiramais has been building a trajectory of quality and competency. Abit has already supported previous editions, but this partnership will now be expanded, encouraging companies to take part in the showroom. This is within the view of an integrated chain that the market has been outlining,” says Fernando Pimentel, the Superintendent Director of Abit.

“Our production chains have always moved in the same direction to grow markets and Brazilian fashion. This partnership will provide a chance for Assintecal and Abit to exchange experiences and moreover join forces to do more for our industry and all the segments that are part of it,” says Milton Killing, the President of Assintecal.

For Jose Fernando Bello, the CEO of CICB, as a partner, Abit is in perfect sync with the history and current panorama of Inspiramais and should offer opportunities, ideas and knowledge to the event. “Inspiramais aims to be an efficient platform for business, networking and creation and will be highly enriched by Abit coming on board, contributing to the entire show,” says Bello.

The partnership was made official on August 25, at Fiesp in Sao Paulo (SP).
