Mode City generates sales expectations of USD 5 million for Fashion Label Brasil and Texbrasil brands

From July 8 to 10, in Paris, Mode City, one of the most important annual trade fairs of beachwear and lingerie in Europe, hosted 22 brands from the Brazilian fashion Internationalization projects Fashion Label Brasil by ABEST and Texbrasil by Abit, both with the support of Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).

Totalizing the projects Fashion Label Brasil, composed by the brands Agua de Coco, Amir Slama, Cia. Maritima, Irá Salles, Larissa Minatto, Lenny Niemeyer, LIVE!, Maria Sanz, Marta Reis, Salt Sun Bikinis, Seaster, Shorts.co and Triya, and Texbrasil, which featured the companies Alto GiroBro FitwearDespiDigitale TextilLola BodyMaryssilNew BeachOuseuse and Serpentina, the event brought positive results for the participating brands: they had a turnover of USD 1.2 million during the event,  with expectations of USD 5 million in sales over the next 12 months.

Maryssil’s export manager, Fabio Lehn, said that this, that was the company’s fourth participation in the trade fair, in addition to bringing new contacts and business, brought much praise from the international public. “The brand is growing every year in the foreign market and this trade fair is a great help for the dissemination of the company, mainly in the European market,” he revealed. The manager also said that the collection exhibited by the Joinville-based brand was featured in Mode City Fashion Trend, a space dedicated to fashion trends, for its tropical prints.
