Première Vision New York welcomes three Brazilian brands

12/18/2023

Texbrasil kicks off in 2024 with a busy calendar of actions. Première Vision New York, which takes place in January 17 and 18, is the first fair of the year that will have brands present with the support of Texbrasil (Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program) — the result of a partnership between Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).

The brands that will be at the fair are Oficina Caramelo, Savyon and Stampa Studio. The collections presented will feature Brazilian culture, innovation and sustainability in their pieces, all within the fashion trends for spring-summer 24.

Lilian Kaddissi, Executive Superintendent of Projects at Abit, commented on the opportunity that Texbrasil provides for brands participating in the event.  “Supporting Brazilian brands at events like Première Vision is something that we greatly value, as it is an important showcase for them to have a better performance in the global market”, she stated.

Première Vision New York takes place twice a year, following the spring/summer and autumn/winter calendar. The fair is considered one of the most important in the world in terms of trends in the textile segment, focusing on fabrics, yarns, fibers, textile design and accessories. The participants are divided by textile segments, print designers, leather, accessories and inputs producers.

The event organizers have already announced the theme that the fair should follow in this spring-summer edition in January 2024. “One of the major themes of this season will be the challenges that our society faces, whether environmental, social, scientific or technological. They are encouraging us to renew our habits, our operational models, as well as our creative and industrial processes”, he points out on his official website.
