Fernanda Ávila aims at commercial expansion with her Casual Chic line

06/05/2023

Stylist Fernanda Ávila created her women’s fashion brand with the proposal of slow fashion production, with products made in her own atelier. The company uses premium raw materials on the market, with classic models, focus on timeless products, quality finishes and authorial design. The brand started with the creation of party dresses and, since 2022, has expanded its production to collections with casual proposals that bring the know-how of haute couture to pieces that can be used in everyday life.

With the aim of starting operations in the international market, the brand is now one of the members of Texbrasil (The Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program) – the result of a partnership between Abit (The Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and ApexBrasil (The Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).

In July, Fernanda Ávila will participate in Roadshow Austrália promoted by the Program.  “We are aware of the challenges of starting the internationalization of a brand, but we believe and trust in Texbrasil’s know-how to guide us in the best opportunities that suit us for this international positioning”, Fernanda explains.

According to her, the differential of her brand is in the raw materials, with the use of textures in the creations such as guipure lace, embroidered tulle, jacquard from Brazilian weaving and exclusive prints. “Everything in the brand is colorful, printed, textured, eye-catching even before wearing it. We believe that we will have good results from RoadShow Australia, as it is a country that has Brazilian similarities, with a high economic growth rate”, the stylist concludes.
